What Longhorn fans learned last year is that no amount of offense is going to matter if the defense doesn't improve. While only a scrimmage, there were some encouraging signs from the Defense at Saturday's spring game. Three interceptions, two off of David Ash and one off Case McCoy. There were also some plays in the backfield made by youngsters like Caleb Bluiett.
